Phoenix Gallery, Brighton

Phoenix Gallery

This 1970s former office building in the centre of Brighton apparently needed new windows and concrete repairs. However we showed that a great deal of money could be saved by overhauling the metal windows rather than replacing them. We then prepared the specifications for the works, recommending the application of an anti-carbonation coat to protect the building for the future.

RH Partnership gained planning permission for the new colour scheme, and our Building Surveying and Quantity Surveying teams then managed the works on site. The result is a gallery with a new lease of life and a bright, welcoming appearance.
