Fire reinstatement works

Our Design and surveying services returned this burnt out shell back into a new and improved home.

In 2015, this two bedroom mid terrace property suffered catastrophic fire damage. Working with the homeowner and insurance company MacConvilles designed and Project Managed the insurance rebuild and loft conversion. Our co-ordinated approach delivered a completed house on time and under budget.

Adding some extra wow factors

Our experienced Quantity Surveying team expertly managed the project and budget.¬†Balancing the rebuild and loft conversion costs, they were able to make savings to the final accounts. As a result of these savings the homeowner was able to upgrade finishes in not only the kitchen but in both bathrooms too adding extra ‘wow’ factor.

Reducing the stress of building work

Our co-ordinated design, project management and surveying services meant the project ran smoothly with queries promptly and diligently resolved. This approach minimised further distress for our homeowner whilst securing the projects early completion.
