UKBS PLC is a multi-disciplinary property consultancy providing the complete range of property services from 34 office locations throughout the UK. The Company was established in April 2004 in recognition of the changing demands of the property industry. By bringing together some of the best of the UK’s regional consultancy firms under the style of UKBS PLC we are able to offer our clients a “one stop shop” for a wide range of property disciplines whilst retaining the local knowledge and management teams of the regional firms.
Whilst the Company is relatively young, its constituent firms are long established and profitable, therefore all of the usual risks associated with a start up company are removed – we have an immediate group turnover in excess of £32m per annum, an established client base who have welcomed the additional services and professionals that our collaboration provides and we required no capital borrowing or financing. We are robust, flexible and committed to meeting our clients’ expectations.
The Company comprises 16 regions, each under the control of a Regional Director. The Directors communicate daily and hold a formal Board Meeting every six weeks. The Company strategy is over seen by our Chairman, Paul Coutts, Managing Director David Harbour and Company Secretary Paul Taylor.
