Project Management
The key to successfully initiating a project is to fully understand all facets of the client's business. MacConvilles Project Managers implement this. They get to know how things operate and elicit detailed briefs from all the client's departments and sections. They carry out option and risk appraisals to establish the best way forward for the client's business, whether new build, refurbishment or maintenance of existing facilities. With their multi-disciplinary background, our project manager understand all the functions and roles of the construction team members and ensure a smooth interlocking of the parts each has to play.
We establish the best method of procurement for the individual project and with our experience of Partnering arrangements on DETR Demonstration' projects, we can advise if these arrangements are right for a client's particular circumstance.
Throughout the pre-construction, construction and handover phases, our project managers will, with their multi-disciplinary background, pro-actively control the whole process ensuring that the client's goals of time, cost, quality and function are achieved.
